ATTILA is the answer from TECNODOM to the need of having a powerful and compact blast chiller machine in the kitchen.

Power is granted by its unit, which is able to make the chamber reach -40° in few minutes.

Thanks to its reduced dimentions (658 w x 630 d x 420 h mm) it can be placed even on a refrigerated worktop.

The digital control panel allows to set various parameters in order to meet any demand. It is equipped of a core probe. It can containes 3 grids or trays with the standard GN 2/3 measurements (354x325 mm).
